HELMET REVIEW: MASEI IRON MAN HELMET
I bought this Masei ironman helmet off ebay few weeks ago. It just arrived and I would like to share my thoughts about it.

TRIP TO OBUDU MOUNTAIN RESORT
Before you view the pictures, I must say Obudu Mountain Resort is a place out of this world. It is paradise on earth! I visited this place with my brother in June. Rode from Owerri through Enugu, Abakili and Ogoja to Obudu. Roads were mostly awesome, except for a few spots in Cross River. The resort is a must go for every biker. The ride is thrilling and has a lot of amazing views. The views from the top of the obudu mountains are breathtaking. Just make sure you take a pillion (and a little booze), as the weather up there is not very forgiving on a bachelor. We rode two identical 2009 Suzuki GSX650F. Asides a blown tyre on the way back (which thank God I found a spare in Abakiliki market), the rest of the trip was uneventful. Enjoy!
BIKE UPGRADE: THE HEADLIGHT MASK
The concept of Headlight Masks is fairly new to me. Since I do not do any research before writing my articles, I cannot exactly give you a concise history of this amazing idea; where and when it was started. However, it is 200% badass! I stumbled upon a picture of a streetfighter-style bike with a headlight mask posted on Instagram by user @doctorhelmet. Apparently, he designs and sells them too.
So you made the decision to race an ironman and you have been training hard for 20 weeks or so. Now its race day and you are waiting nervously at the start of the swim for the horn to go. Here are a few things to keep in mind throughout the race and to practice in training so that they are not a surprise when you finally get out there.
